Google Ads (formerly known as Google AdWords) are historically tricky for small business owners. So many people have “tried them out,” only to find that they’ve lost their budget, have gotten barely any leads, and are more frustrated with Google than when they started.
The average small business generally sees a 2x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and most marketing agencies return 4-5x. Epoch has made it a point to drive results with all of our campaigns, which is why we are consistently returning 7-8x ROAS for our clients. We know marketing budgets are limited for small business. That’s why we put every dollar to work and strive to provide the best search engine marketing services we can.
PPC is a piece of the digital puzzle that many businesses tend to leave out because they are unsure of how to start, or afraid to allocate the budget while being anxious about the possible returns. While we’ll never guarantee anything (nor should any reputable marketer), we’re confident in our track record of bringing our clients the ROI they’ve been hesitant to seek.
Google Ads have always been a good investment. But when you’re just starting out, or trying to figure it out on your own, it can be hard to build an efficient campaign that drives 4, 6, or even 8 times return on ad spend. That’s why we do it for you; so you can concentrate on what you’re great at, and let us do what we love to do: get great results for you.
We love PPC for a number of reasons. But one of the biggest upsides is that the amount of data available both to customize the campaign creation, target audiences, and gather vital feedback about what’s working.
We take that data, optimize campaigns, drive conversions, and stay accountable to you. We stick to our formula: research, results, accountability. That’s what we’ve built our reputation upon with our search engine marketing services, and what we’ll stake it on.
PPC Stands for Pay-Per-Click. This is simply a form of search-engine advertising that is inherently performance based, because you…ahem…pay for each click. So if nobody clicks your ads, you don’t pay a thing. These ads appear both above and below organic listings on Google or Bing. Our search engine marketing services are great both because it is performance based, but also because the vast majority of users can’t tell the difference between ads and organic listings.
Google Ads works on a “bid” system. You bid on which keywords you’d like your ad to appear on. Depending on what your bid is, your ad will appear below higher bidders, and above lower bidders. This is a process that is done automatically once you set your bids and daily/monthly budgets.
Your ads will run for as long as your budget lasts. Your budget isn’t debited unless a user clicks on your ad and spends a certain amount of time on your site, or completes a certain number of actions.
The goal of our search engine marketing services is to direct highly-motivated prospective customers to your site to complete conversion activities (buy a product, contact the sales team, etc).
1 to 2 weeks, and sometimes faster. This is one of the greatest advantages of PPC campaigns. As soon as ads are approved, and budgets verified, your ads go live.
The cost of PPC services can vary widely. You may see prices at other agencies from $750 – $2500 per month. At Epoch, we say we do marketing for the people. As such, we don’t service huge companies that have huge marketing budgets. Our plans start at just $250 each month (which will be perfect for most companies), but do vary based on the demands of the campaign. Yes. Anything we can do, you can too.
Here’s the rub: do you want to? What is your time worth? Do you have the time and energy outside your regular duties to figure out how to do it, and then actually execute?
If so, do it! We fully support business owners owning their business.
But what we find generally is one of two situations: business owners do a ton of research and are pretty sure they know how to do it, but never actually do it. Or, the business owner is a doer, and dive right into it without fully understanding the strategy behind it.
That’s where we come in. We can help you in either extreme, or anywhere in between. We know how much your time should be valued, which is we try to give you as much value in our service as we can.
